What this costs

Three ways in, written down so you can work out where you sit before talking to anyone. These are build prices. Domain and hosting stay in your name and usually run about Ksh 2,000 a year.

01

Landing

Ksh20,000

One page, done properly. For a business that needs somewhere real to send people.

  • A single page, up to five sections
  • Designed for a phone first, then everything else
  • Two rounds of revisions
  • Contact form and a WhatsApp button
  • Page titles, metadata and a sitemap, so Google can read it
  • Domain and hosting set up for you
  • One to two weeks

Not in this one: extra pages, online payments, a blog.

02

Classic

From Ksh65,000

A site that can sell. For a business with more than one thing to say.

  • Up to eight pages
  • An online shop, with M-Pesa or card payments
  • Product or service pages you can add to yourself
  • Four rounds of revisions
  • Full search setup: structured data, metadata on every page
  • Analytics, so you can see what people actually do
  • Help with the words, not only the layout
  • Three to five weeks
  • Thirty days of support after launch

The number moves with how many products and pages you need. We tell you where it lands before we start.

Let’s talk

When the brief does not fit in a box. Priced per project, once we understand it.

  • Web apps, dashboards, booking and scheduling systems
  • Memberships, logins, more than one language
  • Connecting to systems you already run
  • Revisions and timeline agreed up front, in writing
  • A scoping call first, then a fixed number

No ceiling and no guessing. If it is smaller than you think it is, we say so.

Talk it through

In every plan

  • You own it. The code is yours. Take it somewhere else whenever you like.
  • Built to load fast. Tested on a mid-range phone, not only a laptop.
  • One person, start to finish. Whoever you brief is whoever builds it.
  • A proper handover. Logins, files, and a walkthrough of how to change things.

Or trade for it

Cash is not the only way to pay for a website. If you make something or do something we need, we will look at taking that instead, for part of the price or all of it.

This is not a discount and it is not a favour. We agree what your side is worth, put it in writing, and the work runs exactly like any other project.

  1. 01

Tell us what you are offering

Goods, services, space, stock, hours. Whatever it is, say what it is and roughly what it is worth.

  2. 02

    We agree a value

Normally what you would actually sell it for, not the list price. If we cannot agree a number, we say so and stop there.

  3. 03

    Full trade or part trade

Your side can cover the whole project or part of it, with the rest in cash. Most of these end up as part trades.

  4. 04

    Same work, same paperwork

Scope, timeline and revisions written down like any other job. Nothing changes because of how it is being paid for.

Worth saying plainly: we turn most of these down, and we do it quickly rather than leaving you waiting. Still worth asking.

Put a trade to us

Before you ask

Do I pay it all up front?
Half to start, half on launch. On Custom we split it across agreed stages instead.
What counts as a revision?
A round of changes on work we have already shown you. Changing direction entirely is a new round, and we will tell you when we think you are spending one.
What if I need more later?
Extra pages and features get quoted on their own. Nothing we build closes the door on adding to it.
Do you do maintenance?
Classic includes thirty days. After that, monthly or by the hour, whichever suits you.
Not sure which one? Tell us what you’re building and we’ll say which plan fits.
